What are the mosaic tabletops made out of?The tabletops in the mosaic collection contain hand-cut tiles of stained glass set in a cement mixture.
Who makes the products in the mosaic collection?Our vendor for the mosaic collection is KNF Designs.
Can I leave the mosaic tables outside in the winter?KNF Designs mosaic tabletops are made for indoor and outdoor use. KNF suggests that the tabletops not be exposed to freezing weather. Under these conditions, they recommend bringing the tabletop indoors.
Are there any care instructions for the mosaic tabletops?Some routine maintenance is required. Due to the natural expansion and contraction of cement, hairline cracks may occur. This is completely normal and will not affect the stability of the table. Hairline cracks can be filled by applying a thin layer of grout, and wiping the surface clean with a damp cloth. The KNF tables have been sealed with a penetrating grout sealer to resist staining. Tables should be resealed seasonally. If tops are marked or bumped, fine sandpaper may be used to remove the scuff. Be sure to reseal the area after sanding. To clean the tabletops, use a non-abrasive cleaner made for natural tile or stone. On the stained glass tabletops, you may finish with a glass cleaner to bring a shine to the tiles.
Is there any assembly required on the mosaic tables?The set up of the mosaic table or plant stand is very simple. Set the table base on a firm, level surface. Place the tabletop on the base and the table is ready for use. No screws or fasteners required.
How come some tables have color options and other don't?We worked with KNF Designs to select the most popular and attractive combinations of tabletop patterns and finish colors. Because we offer select tabletop patterns with certain table sizes, not all colors are available for each table size. If there is a certain color and pattern combination that is not available, e-mail us at and we will try to special order your table.
Do you offer other styles?The table sizes, finish colors, tabletop patterns and chair styles that are shown on the Parkway Patio website are what we currently carry in our product line. If there is a certain table size, finish color, or tabletop pattern, you have in mind, ask us at . We can work with our vendors to find the table, chair, or other patio accessory that completes your perfect patio.
Shopping
Must I create an account to shop?You don't need to create an account to shop on the site. Users may checkout without registering. However, creating an account gives you the ability to track your orders and more. In addition, when we have special offers, you'll be the first to know.
Do I need to log in?You don't have to log in to make a purchase on the site. However, if you're registered, we only require a user name and password to log into the site.
How do I place an order?Navigate through the various product categories on the site. Click on a product category to view its products. When you see an item you like, click on it to get product details. Click on the Add to Cart button to add it to your Shopping Cart. Continue shopping until you're ready to check out. Review your order in the Cart and click Update Cart if necessary. Then click on Check Out. You'll need a secure browser and your credit card to order online.
How do I remove items from my shopping cart?If your shopping cart is not yet "checked out," just click on "Remove" link next to the item. Once you've checked out, we may not be able to cancel an order if it's already in the shipping process. How will I know that you've received my order?We'll email you a confirmation of your order, providing we have an accurate email address. This will include order number and total amount we'll charge. We'll send a subsequent email(s) when your products ship, including tracking information (if available).
How do I make changes to my order?If your shopping bag is not yet "checked out," just change the quantity of the item in your shopping bag, and be sure to click "Update Cart." Once you've checked out, we may not be able to change an order if it's already in the shipping process. How do I cancel my order completely?If you are in the process of checking out, and decide you'd rather cancel the order, abandon the checkout process by clicking on the Parkway Patio logo. This will return you back to the homepage. At that point, you can either return to your shopping cart and remove the items that you no longer wish to purchase or you can leave them in your shopping cart. Your items will remain in your shopping bag until your session ends. Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to cancel it. How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?Shipping to another address that is different from your billing address is easy. As you go through our checkout process, simply enter in the shipping address when you arrive on the shipping information page.
When is my credit card charged?Items are charged to your account immediately after you press "Place Order". When you place the order, we verify that that credit card is valid. If the credit card is valid, we charge the card for the amount of the order.
Can you ship to P.O. boxes?We cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
What forms of shipping service do you offer?At the present time, we offer only standard service in order to keep your shipping costs to a minimum.
Do you offer "white glove service"?We do not offer white glove service at this time.
What forms of payment do you accept?Parkway Patio accepts Visa and MasterCard.
Can I order over the phone?If you feel more comfortable speaking to a live person, call 866-392-0916 and order via phone. Our operators are available to help 24 hours a day.
How do I track my order?Order tracking is available only if you have an account set up. Login to your account and hit View Order Information. On the Order Information page, hit "View Details' to view the order details.
After placing my order, how long before my order is delivered?After placing the order, expect to receive delivery of your product in about 14 days. If we run into unexpected delays, we will contact you via e-mail. When the order ships from our warehouse, we will notify you via e-mail. After the order leaves our warehouse, check the shipping company's website using your tracking number.
Can I ship internationally?Parkway Patio currently does not ship internationally.

Will I be charged sales tax?We charge sales tax only to residents of Minnesota.
Shipping
Who are your shipping vendors?We use FedEx for our smaller items and various common freight carriers for our larger ones.
Why is shipping so high?We do not build shipping costs into our product pricing. Our shipping costs are based on the amount of money it costs us to ship the product to you. Because most of our products are bulky, shipping costs are rather high, but still in line with what other major online furniture retailers charge.
