Returns and Exchanges

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Every product sold on parkwaypatio.com is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery at our expense for a replacement product or your money back.

After the 30 days, if you find a product defective, we'll take care of it. All of our products have a one-year warranty covering workmanship and material quality. We will replace any product if found to be defective within one year of normal use.

How to Return Items

For items that you received via FedEx: Prepare the item for shipping by wrapping the item in its original protective shipping material and place the item in its original product carton. Bring the package to any FedEx Ground location. Be sure that the original merchandise is included, along with the completed return form. You will not be charged for return shipping via FedEx when our return label is affixed.

Once we receive your returned item(s), will we start the process of issuing a credit to the original credit card used at purchase, if such a credit is applicable. It will usually take one to two billing cycles for any issued credit to appear on your credit card statement. We cannot refund the original shipping cost of your order; we can only refund the price paid for actual merchandise.

For items that you received via freight:

If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please call our Customer Service department at 866-392-0916. We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. You should retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary. If you wish to return or exchange such an item, please call Customer Service at 866-392-0916. We will arrange the return shipment with a freight company.


Shipping and Handling

FedEx Delivery

Smaller items purchased from Parkway Patio will be shipped via FedEx Ground. For items shipped via FedEx Ground, expect your order to arrive in 7 to 14 days after placing the order.

Freight Delivery

Some sets and larger items ship by freight. When the item is ready for delivery, the freight company will call you to schedule a delivery time. Please be sure to provide a daytime phone number when you enter the shipping address so the freight company can contact you when the order has arrived. You should obtain the freight company's phone number in case you need to change the delivery time. For most freight items, delivery is "to the curb." The driver is not responsible for carrying the package into your home. Please arrange for help to move it if needed, and please be sure someone is available to sign for the delivery at the scheduled time.

We ask that you always inspect your package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent the merchandise may be damaged, please refuse delivery and call our Customer Service department at 866-392-0916.
